Our Code Violation Resolution service will help you resolve the open violations associated with your property.
We will re-submit requests to confirm if previously open code violations noted in the Zoning Report are still active or open. If they are, we’ll inquire as to what steps the property owner must take to close the violations.
Turnaround Time: Dependent upon the municipality and the type of file; however, our goal is to get you what you need in no more than 10 business days
Cost: $150, plus municipal fees for search
