Armada Analytics is hiring for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Engineering in our Engineering Department.  This position will be for an experienced Client Manager/Senior Reviewer. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and knowledge in performing and reviewing property condition assessments, environmental site assessments, and construction monitoring reports.  The candidate must understand commercial real estate lending and finance, have experience with agency (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) property condition and environmental guidelines, and have superior writing, report review, time management, and organizational skills.  This employee will also perform site inspections on an as needed basis, potentially seeing 3-5 properties per month.

We provide the rapid turnaround required in today’s fast-paced real estate market. The Insurance Analyst II position is responsible for acting in the most timely, efficient, and accurate manner to protect the interest of lenders/investors related to completing pre-closing compliance insurance reviews for commercial real estate lenders. The person in this position will work closely with insurance agents and brokers to ensure the insurance policies comply with the insurance requirements of the commercial lenders and investors. This position will work independently with support from a Senior Insurance Analyst and/or AVP to address deal-related questions pertaining to pre-closing and compliance insurance reviews for commercial real estate lenders.

The Underwriter plays an integral part in the success of the Underwriting Department. The Underwriter is responsible for ensuring that high quality service is delivered to clients in the process of completing transactions across agency, balance sheet, and/or CMBS executions. Underwriters are responsible for the completion and presentation of credit risk analyses of properties, markets, borrowers, and loans. In addition to performing your responsibilities autonomously, the Underwriter plays a leadership role across deal teams by guiding and shaping less experienced associates.

The Asset Management Senior Analyst role communicates with external clients and helps to facilitate engagement of new requests.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat and office equipment is required. A successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
