The workflow must be monitored to ensure staff is adequately utilized. The Insurance Analyst II position is responsible for acting in the most timely, efficient, and accurate manner to protect the interest of lenders/investors related to completing pre-closing compliance insurance reviews for commercial real estate lenders. The person in this position will work closely with insurance agents and brokers to ensure the insurance policies comply with the insurance requirements of the commercial lenders and investors. This position will work independently with support from a Senior Insurance Analyst to address deal-related questions pertaining to pre-closing and compliance insurance reviews for commercial real estate lenders.
