Acting as an extension of your credit department, we will integrate with your team to create a seamless workflow. We’ve worked with balance sheet lenders to pre-screen and underwrite loans across all product types, including construction financing and loan participations.
We offer a fully customizable scope of work to fit your needs and our team can scale their involvement – whether you need us to be client-facing or working through an internal representative.
