The Insurance Analyst I position is responsible for completing compliance insurance reviews for commercial real estate lenders. The person in this position will manage a portfolio of loans to ensure the insurance policies comply with the insurance requirements of the commercial lenders and investors.

Zoning Analyst I

The position entails working with city and county employees across the country confirming zoning designations, jurisdictions, and compliance. The position requires critical thinking skills for completion of Zoning Compliance Reports as well as client communication skills while dealing with a variety of client types.

Project Assessor

The Project Assessor performs Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Environmental Site Assessments (ESA’s), Construction Plan and Budget Reviews, Construction Progress Monitoring and other related services reports. Communicates all project related information to the Program Managers or Technical Reviewers. Conducts the on-site inspection and assessment, prepares a written report to accurately describe their findings.
